Success - and some good news in difficult times

Every good news in these days is welcome.
When I first heard about the Humboldt Foundation and their sponsorship program for students in cooperation with the German Chancellor office it took me a while to study all requirements and details.
After doing this it was just a too good opportunity for young students to ignore. So following up we found three students that fulfilled all requirements and from then on it started moving in the right direction.
With so many students each year applying for this sponsor ship that includes benefits like:
a good monthly salary
an internship position
visa support
travel support
language lessons
international connections through Humboldt Foundation programs
possibility of extension of work permit
it was now up to the student and their mentors to present their thesis and qualify through the application process.
Ksenia Chernikova was the hard working student who - together with the help and mentoring of Prof. Dr. Maria Gordeeva from RGGU State University for the Humanities Moscow - achieved what many dream of!
A great feeling in not so good times
As this is an annual Sponsorship we will continue and try to encourage more students as this is a great change for young people to develop and advance.
For today we are happy and a little proud that it worked out so well. Nexy month she will start in Germany. We know she will do great!
