Resort for Moscow. Radisson Zavidovo – a great option to relax
For those who want to escape Moscow without a lot of time and without airports Raddisson Zavidovo is a great option. Located south of Tver and north of Moscow it is now easy to reach as the new toll road brings you almost directly to the doors. The hotel is located near a lake which gives a nice view for all rooms.
In Winter of course all the winter sports except downhill are a choice. In summer the lake and the Forrest offer all kinds of entertainment and activities that are organized through or at the hotel. Golf is another option for summer. A lot is aimed at children so for families a great retreat too. Spa , pool and massages are offered in the hotel.
Food & Beverage
Restaurants from all day dining to a lake grill over something for everybody’s taste. The breakfast was well done. Buffett with a lot of options in a nice bright spacious room with lake view. The a la carte section would require some more training when it comes to presentation but good taste and options and friendly service.
Rooms are nice, spacious and bright with a great view. It is quiet and that makes it a great place to relax from hectic Moscow. All rooms have balconies. Good for smokers like me but the hotel should provide ashtrays for outside. We smokers build our own if needed but the last guest who used the balcony didn’t and the traces were clearly visible frozen in the ice. When will that be cleaned? In spring?
The hotel is almost new and not many traces of usage and tear and wear.
In winter the prices with 9000 Rouble ( 125 Euros) with breakfast are good. Give it a try.
