We are proud to share that The Peninsula Hong Kong Gaddi’s has won its first Five-Star honour in the 2018 Forbes Travel Guide Star Award under the helm of the “Culinary Trio”. The French restaurant of the group’s flagship hotel was the first of its kind to be named after a recognised employee – Leo Gaddi, the hotel’s manger in the 1950s. Gaddi’s talented “Culinary Trio” is comprised of Chef Xavier Boyer, Restaurant Manager Michele Drusacchi and Chief Sommelier Bojan Radulovic.
